After you take a look around, please contact us and allow us to further explain how we can provide you with the best business management, tax, and accounting services you will find anywhere.    These links are the newest additions to our site, please click to find out more:     May 2011: It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our colleague and friend Michael Payne. Michael passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on May 4th. Michael joined us in 1999, and quickly became an office and client favorite. The loss of Michael and his unique sense of style and humor, his easygoing manner with clients and colleagues, and his larger-than-life presence in the office leaves a void that will be difficult to fill. Michael is survived by his wife Bria, and their four-year old twins Graysen and Kai. ZZRJ has created a Memorial Fund for Graysen and Kai’s education expenses. In lieu of flowers or other donations, the family has requested contributions be sent to this trust.  Checks can be made payable to the ‘Michael Payne Memorial Fund’ and mailed c/o ZZRJ, to 901 A Street, Suite C, San Rafael, CA 94901. Thank you to everyone for your kind words and support. We ask that you keep Bria, Graysen and Kai in your thoughts during this difficult time. Michael, you will be greatly missed. January 2011: Zeisler, Zeisler, & Rawson is pleased to announce the addition of Johnson to the firm name. Effective January 1, 2011, the firm will be known as “Zeisler, Zeisler, Rawson & Johnson, LLP.” Jeff Johnson joined the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2006. He has a Master’s degree in taxation and recently obtained his CPA certification. Jeff’s areas of expertise include accounting and taxation for individuals and small businesses, with a specialty of tax preparation for professional athletes. We appreciate your business and look forward to providing excellent service in the future.              We are members of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.     Disclaimer and IRS Circular 230 Notice
